The triptych format changes the way an image is experienced. The composition breaks across three curved surfaces, while the physical spaces between the decks become part of the finished piece.

Because your image is divided across three separate decks, some compositions work better than others. The gaps are part of the design, so important faces or details may need to be repositioned slightly.

What makes the image different is what we put it on.

Your custom triptych is produced across three genuine skateboard decks, each constructed from seven laminated layers of maple.

The decks curve away from the wall. Their maple edges remain visible. The raised nose, tail and concave centre catch the light differently as you move around the room.

From directly in front, the three decks reconnect into one image. Move to the side and the object reveals itself.

That depth is what separates a DROMEDA Triptych from another photograph or print sitting flat against the wall.

Seven laminated layers remain visible along the edge of each deck.

The image you upload to the builder is primarily there to help you visualise your triptych. It does not need to be your final production-quality file.

After your order is placed, we'll contact you to obtain the highest-resolution version of your image and confirm the final composition.

If something important falls awkwardly across a deck gap, or we believe a small adjustment would improve the finished result, we'll work through it with you before production.
